Application deadline: Registration possible until March 30th, 2018.

Successful booking: The booking is valid after the registration confirmation by the organizers. The overall sum of the package will be due in early January 2018. Flight tickets and insurance are not included in the package price and must be booked individually. Please check our flight recommendations.

Payment: After the binding registration, the invoice will be sent to the booking person / booking company by S-GE Switzerland Global Enterprise. The reservation of hotel and tickets will be done only after payment of the package price. Please note the application deadline.

Refund: Refund is not possible, but the package can be handed over to another person (without guarantee). The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
